Message	their income. Most businesses in this country are run by middle class folks, but very rarely by "poor" people. The truth is, there is too much expense just in government regulation to open a legitimate business. The "poor" dude who is getting $15 per wash is either operating illegally or paying a gob of money to the same government he is likely getting "poor person" benefits from. On the other hand he is probably also taking in almost all cash. Without reporting it, he is shielding his money from the IRS pretty well. Truth is, government doesnt build wealth for ANYONE.
